ピッチを縦横無尽に走りまわる!
柏木と言えばピッチを縦横無尽に走り回り、ボールを持てば自分で勝負することもできれば、パスの出し手にもなれば受け手にもなるチームの中心的存在だ。

ウイイレの能力値を見てもこの特徴がよく出ており、スタミナは85と非常に高く、ドリブル精度やテクニックも80を超えている。パス精度はそれらに比べればやや劣るものの、ショートパス、ロングパスともに70台後半。攻撃的な要素を高いレベルで兼ね備えている。さらに特殊能力に「飛び出し」もついており、ゴールに直接絡むプレイヤーとして使うことができる。また、今季から就任したペトロヴィッチ監督もそうであるように、OHを基本ポジションとはしながらも、DH、CHで起用することもできる。
