草津の攻撃のすべてが彼の右足を経由すると言っても過言ではない。ボールを受けた瞬間にチーム全体の動きを瞬時に把握、抜群の精度を誇る右足からピッチ全域へ高精度パスを配給していく。


FWとのあうんの呼吸で繰り出されるスルーパスは、相手のDFラインを一瞬にして切り裂く。またプレースキックの精度も高く、至近距離からの直接FKには絶対的な自信を持つ。今年30歳を迎えるが、テクニックにまずます磨きがかかり、そのパフォーマンスは円熟の域に足している。逆境を跳ね除けるメンタリティも備え、どんな状況でも頼りになるプレーヤーだ。
